Plaza Mont'Kiara Management Corporation
Plaza Mont'Kiara has been managed and maintained by the Plaza Mont'Kiara Management Corporation ("Plaza Mont'Kiara MC") since 1 August 2015. The Management Corporation came into existence on 9 December 2013 under the Strata Titles Act 1985 (Act 318).
Plaza Mont'Kiara MC is a body corporate with a common seal, made up of all the parcel proprietors of Plaza Mont'Kiara. It undertakes the maintenance and management of the common property of Plaza Mont'Kiara.
The Management Committee
For this purpose the parcel proprietors form a general committee, the Plaza Mont'Kiara Management Committee. Its members are parcel proprietors elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Management Corporation; the first committee was elected at the 1st Annual General Meeting on 9 July 2015.
